Our Mission

To help everyone achieve their potential regardless of ability
or circumstances.

We have 8 key principles:-

  1. People feel safe, welcomed and that they belong

  4. We build open and honest relationships, trusting others and being trustworthy ourselves

  5. We value people, include them and respect them

  6. We support each individual on their own journey of growth and aspiration 

  7. We are clear, realistic and facilitators, offering space to grow within appropriate boundaries, guidance and resources

  8. We are flexible, resilient continuously learning to inform improvement and sharing that with others

Obviously being formed and based in Kettering, Northamptonshire and originally helping the unemployed and unwaged of the population, this is where we focus most of our resources, but we do operate in the areas surrounding Kettering and the mission is always expand the geographic region, so that we can help as many people as possible.
