Governance & Financials

Kettering Community Unit is set up as a Charity and a Limited Company, registered at Companies House.

It is managed day to day by a team of employed staff led by the CEO, who are overseen by the Board of Trustees.

The staff manage many volunteers who really are the lifeblood of the enterprise.

Annual accounts and a charity report are produced and published each year and are available below to download.
