Office Manager

35 hours per week – £16,000  (actual annual salary)

KCU is a well established and respected local charity delivering a wide range of services to the people of Kettering borough. We aim to improve employment opportunities and quality of life by providing free training and education courses, Foodbank services, furniture re-cycling and mentoring support. We are looking for an Office Manager to run our small but friendly office, with good experience of office systems and processes, who is used to working in a demanding but rewarding environment where no two days are the same. The role is very varied and the ability to prioritise the requirements of running the office and project support responsibilities are important.

KCU is a locally embedded charity with a vision that everyone in our community is able to reach their full potential and improve their quality of life.  We do this through relieving and preventing social and economic disadvantage through the provision of support, advice and services. We are looking to appoint to a new post of Volunteer Engagement Manager who will be responsible for recruiting, retaining, supporting and developing our general volunteering pool.
